Here's how it works:
Every day, for 10 days, you will receive an email with an invitation to complete an activity that will deepen your self-compassion. The activity will be fully prompted while giving you space to make it your own. You can complete the activity within the day or you can take longer. It is recommended that you complete the activities in order.
Activities will include
- journaling
- art making
- movement
- outings
This practice is self-directed and you can start anytime.
